State Privacy Rights

US state privacy laws — the CCPA/CPRA in California, and comparable statutes in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and elsewhere — require specific disclosures. Those are set out here, supplementing our Privacy Policy.

The Categories Concerned

What is covered: identifiers, including IP address and cookie or device IDs; internet activity, meaning your navigation of this site; and, if you gave one, an email address. These reach us from your own browser and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are active.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to obtain a portable copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. In states that provide it, you may also appeal a decision to decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for making any of these requests.

Whether We Sell or Share

No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.

How to Submit a Request

Two routes. For an opt-out: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically. For anything else — access, correction, deletion, portability — email hello@chairsage.com. Verification is by reply to the originating address, responses come within the time state law sets, and an authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
